1. Add dry lentils, chicken broth, diced onion, tomato paste, garlic, and ground cumin to large saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
3. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 40-45 minutes.
4. Serve with lemon wedges.
